Starters include spring rolls, gourmet fishcakes and dim sum, and the scrumptious selection of mains allows you to customise your meal. Choose your desired protein of fish, chicken, pork or prawn and match it with a sauce and your favourite noodles. Ramen, mai fun, ho fun and udon noodles are all on the list, and in the sauce department there’s tasty ginger and red chilli, plum, dark soya, mushroom, garlic and peanut sauce. A killer dessert made of frozen goji berries and lemon yoghurt is served with a chilli-chocolate-sake shot. Divine! If you’re able to tear yourself away from the food, you’ll notice that the interior has been designed like a comic book with bright colours and characters on every wall. A great feature is the chandelier made out of take-away boxes. Although Mooki Noodle Bar mostly caters for take-aways, it’s a shame not to eat on site as the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re sitting at a street café in the heart of Tokyo. Fun décor and fresh choices make Mooki Noodle Bar simple and different. Delicious Asian-inspired food floats from the kitchen to your table, leaving all sorts of mouth-watering aromas in its trail. The bowls pack a flavourful punch. The portions are generous and reasonably priced, and if there’s a group of you, it’s a great idea to order one of everything from the menu, which is small enough to try them all.
