The recent Information Bill passed by government was celebrated by turkeys — both political and poultry. In regard to the fowl, turkeys worldwide hope to keep the following information on the health benefits of turkey meat hidden from the world. Turkey is an excellent source of protein and a single serving gives you 65% of your recommended daily protein intake. Turkey also contains selenium, which plays an essential role in helping to eliminate cancer-friendly free radicals in the body. It is also a good source of vitamins B3, which helps lower cholesterol, and vitamin B6, which maintains muscle tone. Turkey, without the skin, is naturally low in fat, containing one gram of fat per 30g of meat.
There are 386 million cubic kilometers of water on the earth’s surface. But less than 1% percent is fresh and accessible, even when you include bottled water.
What’s the Bottom line? Being the best you requires discipline — and some dedication and commitment too. Sure it’s difficult, we all have stress, we’re all tired, we’re all too busy but the ones who succeed are the ones who move beyond the excuses and who don’t allow life to get in the way of achieving their goals.
