Today its evident that many have lost touch with what is really important. We sacrifice time with loved ones, we stress ourselves unnecessarily at work and most importantly we sacrifice our health. My passion, and career, is fitness and I motivate people to put in more effort, to take charge of their lives and to eat better. But what comes naturally to me doesn’t always come naturally to others because we are all unique. We all need to discover what drives us, what makes that flame ignite inside of us and once we know that, we are half way there. Whatever our dreams and passions, we have the power to be whoever we want to be, we have the power to be the best we can be. The going out there and being true to yourself and everyone around you. What’s the Bottom line? Being the best you requires discipline — and some dedication and commitment too. Sure it’s difficult, we all have stress, we’re all tired, we’re all too busy but the ones who succeed are the ones who move beyond the excuses and who don’t allow life to get in the way of achieving their goals.
